Warframe Guide – New Player to Endgame Overview

VIEW FULL DESCRIPTION FOR TIME LINKS. This is by NO MEANS a “Complete Tutorial”, but rather an Overview Guide that it skims over all the important things to know about when playing Warframe on your progression path from Newbie to End Game.

This video was requested by countless people over the last couple years who gave up the game in frustration not knowing where to go or what to do. It should be thought of as a companion to Digital Extreme’s Junction System AND the Wiki/Other YouTube videos out there. In short, if you find yourself having a question about anything in this video, you should take the opportunity to google that question.

  • After watching this about a month ago, it's time to pay my dues. After returning from a 5yr break, and about 2 months in, this guide really helped me catch up. Thank you.

  • Best video on YT for beginners. I'm about 30 hours in and still learning. This was a great help. Very well explained, in a perfect paced tempo. Thanks for sharing.

  • Great video. Granted, while the game doesn't really explain much, its mainly due to how would they go about it. Since pretty much everything is meant to be interconnected in some way, its hard to explain something without it leading to something else that would also need to be explained. Trying to do something like that could very well overload the player with too much info at once and make the game seem…out of their reach so to speak. That, and a preference for player freedom and letting them learn and explore at their own pace. The only thing I disagree with is saying people should go to the wiki if they have trouble. This is because the community is so friendly and willing to help new players or those who haven't played in a long time, that you are pretty much better off asking other players. Honestly, there are times I just look for new or returning players in need of help and do what I can to provide clarity or out right help with missions. Sorry for the big long borderline rant. I love the game and love doing what I can to help it grow, even if it isn't much at the moment.

  • I found mag to be a better starter then excal. Especially when you start figuring her play style. Just with the tiny skill gap

  • I'm probably making a second account when I get my pc I made several mistakes on console. Aside from not lagging when playing with four players and smother gameplay. I invested way to much into my phantasma when it was my favorite weapon in the game and then played with the coronith (I think it's spelled) with three mods and out damaged my twice formad phantasma by two, even though the ligma cannon is more of a stacker than a damage dealer it still hurts to think about the crap I've committed in warframe :'(

  • I like being Vasarin too, healing dash is great for protecting stuff, as well as the free heals from mending soul. as a newer player, playing mostly with older, experienced masteres I always want to feel useful. So when my best friend activates scarab armor on Inaros, I can immediately use healing dash and replace those THOUSANDS of HP consumed in building up their armor. feeling useful to your partymates is empowering, and satisfying. and everyone loves an instant pickup, or easy heals, or helping restore lost health from a defense point.
